Zonely

MVP

Zonely is a time-zone aware meeting scheduler designed for remote teams. Instead of playing timezone math in your head or sending back-and-forth emails, Zonely finds meeting slots that respect everyone's working hours automatically.

Enter your availability, add the people you want to meet with (and their time zones), and Zonely will suggest the next available times that work for everyone. It generates ready-to-send messages and even creates Google Calendar links for accepted meetings.

This is an early prototypeβ€”a functional demo running entirely in your browser. No backend, no login, no data stored. It's here to show the concept and gather feedback before we build out a full version.

Try it below, and if you have thoughts on how it could be better, we'd love to hear from you.

What It Does

  • βœ“ Automatic time zone detection
  • βœ“ Working hours respect for all participants
  • βœ“ Free/Busy status based on local time
  • βœ“ Smart meeting slot suggestions
  • βœ“ Copy-ready message templates
  • βœ“ Google Calendar integration link

Prototype Notice: This is a frontend-only demo. It's not connected to Google Calendar or any real calendar system. The sample contacts are fictional. All data is processed locally in your browser and nothing is saved.

How It Works

1. Set your profile: Enter your name, time zone, and working hours. Zonely will automatically detect your time zone if you allow it.

2. Browse contacts: The People tab shows sample contacts in different time zones. You can see their current local time and whether they're currently in working hours (Free/Busy).

3. Request a meeting: Click "Request meeting" on anyone. Zonely scans the next 10 days for times that fall within both your working hours and theirs.

4. Pick a slot: Choose from up to 3 suggested times. Each option shows both your local time and the recipient's local time.

5. Send or copy: Copy the pre-written message to paste into email or chat, or simulate sending the request to see it in the Requests tab.
