By accessing or using MintLoop's websites, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
Entertainment and Informational Use Disclaimer
Our Services are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
This applies to all MintLoop tools and content, including but not limited to:
- Random number generators and lottery pickers
- Educational articles about probability and randomness
- Any tools that generate random selections or calculations
We make no guarantees about outcomes. Using our random number generators does not improve your odds of winning any lottery, game, or contest. Randomness is just that—random. Our tools cannot predict, influence, or guarantee any particular result.
Our educational content is for general information only and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or gambling advice. Always consult appropriate professionals for decisions involving significant risk or money.
Use of Services

MintLoop does not operate any gambling services. Our random number tools are utilities that generate random numbers—we do not accept bets, wagers, or any form of consideration for outcomes.
If you use our tools to select numbers for gambling (such as lottery tickets), you do so at your own risk. We strongly encourage responsible gambling practices:
- Only gamble with money you can afford to lose
- Set limits and stick to them
- Never chase losses
- Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income

Intellectual Property

- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services

Specifically regarding random number tools: We are not liable for any losses resulting from gambling, lottery play, or other uses of numbers generated by our tools. All such use is at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MintLoop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
